Key Pad Security

Entry to the Hollybrook community is secured by a keypad entry system, which requires the selection and entry of pre-established codes for property owners.

Keypad Location

The gate keypad is located in front of the gate and on the left side of the road, convenient for the vehicle driver to access.

Visitor Process

For visitors and service providers desiring entry at the gate, pre-authorized access codes, established for each property owner, are displayed below the gate entry key pad.

Once the desired access code is selected and entered for the property owner, the selected property owner will be automatically called. The individual desiring access can then identify themselves to the property owner, talk with the property owner, and the property owner can then remotely open the gate.

Once the gate is remotely opened, the call is automatically terminated.

Leaving the Property

When exiting the property, the driver of the vehicle needs to get close to the gate and the gate will automatically open.
